Keith Mountain
President and Chief Executive Officer

Keith Mountain came to Spatial in May, 2002 as Vice President of Marketing, responsible for Product Management, Business Development and Marketing Programs. Keith is now in charge of all Spatial's day-to-day operations.

Before coming to Spatial, Mr. Mountain founded Mountain Associates, a management consulting firm focusing on developing and managing business opportunities for startup companies and growth-oriented international corporate subsidiaries. Prior to Mountain Associates, Keith worked in executive and management positions in marketing and sales with Computervision, Prime, Autographix, Agfa Corporation and Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Mountain has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Jerry Walters
Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Services

Jerry Walters came to Spatial in 2001 as vice president for the Americas. In 2002 he was promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services. He is currently Vice President of Markeitng, Sales, and Services. Mr. Walters has nearly 30 years of experience in the CAD, CAM, and EDA industries and 25 years of Senior Executive and General Management experience.

Mr. Walters has been a founder or member on the original executive teams of four technology companies. Additionally, he has held senior executive positions in business development, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and OEM partnerships. His companies have included Applicon, OmniCad, Cimlinc, Mentor Graphics, Harris EDA, GeoTrust, and NetDox.

Mr. Walters holds a Bachelors degree from Mount Union College.

John Alpine
Vice President of Research and Development

John Alpine joined Spatial as Vice President of Research and Development. John heads the ACIS and InterOp development teams and the Integration and Quality Assurance organizations. His responsibilities include oversight of the development offices in Cambridge, Mumbai, and Pune as well as the evaluation and implementation of new product and technology initiatives.

John most recently served as the CTO of Proficiency, a provider of high value CAD interoperability products and services. His efforts there included developing a strategic product road map for the company, implementing new development processes and aligning the development activities with business objectives. Prior to Proficiency, John was the CTO and Director of Development at CoCreate, a CAD company specializing in design collaboration and internet based products and an ACIS licensee. John directed the product strategy and development organizations for CoCreate and was responsible for restructuring their development, product marketing and QA and documentation organizations. John also has had experience as the R&D section manager with the EEsof division of Hewlett-Packard and was a member of the technical staff in the LSI Design Department of Hughes Aircraft, Missile Systems Group.

John graduated from the University of California Executive Management Development Program and has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from California State University with a thesis in Solid Modeling Edge Based Data Structures; an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and B.S. Anthropology Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona.

Paul Cardosi
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Paul Cardosi joined Spatial in November, 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, corporate development, information technology and facilities.

Before coming to Spatial, Mr. Cardosi worked at consulting firm vcfo Inc. as interim CFO at several Colorado based venture capital backed software companies. Prior to vcfo, Paul was CFO and co-founder of CreekPath Systems an enterprise storage software company that was successfully acquired by Opsware (OPSW) in 2006. Prior to CreekPath, Paul worked in international executive and management positions in finance, accounting and operations at Exabyte, Hewlett Packard and Apricot Computers.

Mr. Cardosi has an MBA from Strathclyde University (Glasgow, Scotland) and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) from London, UK.

Connie King
Director of Human Resources

Connie King joined Spatial on January 4, 2001. Two years prior to her appointment at Spatial, Connie managed Human Resources and Recruiting for Qualitative Marketing Software and Sagent Technology. Before joining the technology industry, she managed Human Resources and Business in the publishing industry.

Connie holds a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University and is currently completing a master's degree at University of Colorado. She is an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and The Boulder Area Human Resources Association (BAHRA).
