Spatial to Showcase the Benefits of Building 3D Applications with Technologies that Help Drive Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

BROOMFIELD, Colo., November 08, 2017 — Spatial Corp, the leading provider of 3D software development toolkits (SDKs) for design, manufacturing, and engineering solutions, and a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, announces their participation at formnext 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany, November 14–17, 2017. At booth 3.0-F47, Spatial will showcase the benefits of building software solutions with technologies that are used in applications powered by Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, focusing on the needs of additive manufacturing OEMs.

Formnext (powered by tct) is the leading trade fair for additive manufacturing and next-generation intelligent manufacturing solutions. The fair focuses on the efficient realization of parts and products, from design to production and on the future of manufacturing innovation.

Visitors to Spatial’s formnext booth will be able to learn about release 2018 1.0 of the Spatial 3D modeling SDKs. This release delivers significant advancements for analysis workflows, as well as new breakthrough capabilities for additive manufacturing plus other 3D solutions benefiting from hybrid modeling capabilities. Enhancements delivered in Spatial’s 3D modeling solutions directly improve the end-user experience, enabling application developers to create new workflows, add new capabilities and create new products faster than ever before.

The focus of Spatial’s presence at formnext is on demonstrating how its technologies, which are integral to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, enable additive manufacturing OEMs to create complete applications targeting their machines. Visitors can see demonstrations of the mesh healing/repair capabilities of CGM Polyhedra (along with new, recently released functionality) and can learn more about the increasing integration of polygonal and precise modeling to make users much more productive in model preparation.
