JOB TITLE:  Software Engineer, 3D Modeling Technology  (Job Code: JV0606)

JOB DUTIES: 
Participate in all phases of software development of 3D geometric modeling algorithms involving manipulation of curves, surfaces, and boundary representation topology (Solid Modeling).  Support parametric curve and surface operations including evaluation and inverse evaluation, higher order derivatives, intersections, and curvature analysis through functionality and algorithms.  Support classical MCAD functionalities including SolidModeling Boolean, Offsetting, Filleting, and Surfacing operators.  Perform body analysis including collision detection, body clearance, and body point distance in support of the CAE and Metrology application domains.  Manage Solid Modeling state, history, non-modeling attributes, and meta-data and error recovery using computer science mechanisms.

REQUIREMENTS:  
Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Applied Mathematics

SCOPE
The financial analyst position reports to the Finance Manager and will be involved in the budget and forecasting process, operating plan analysis, sales compensation planning, headcount analysis and other special projects. The financial analyst position will provide financial consulting and support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other projects requested by management. This function is vital in driving analysis to support business decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reporting/Analysis

  • Ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information including meaningful reports, charts and graphs
  • Prepare financial and business related analysis and research in areas such as revenue, expense and headcount
  • Assists with financial and business related research and cooperate with other departments in preparing analyses

Spatial is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist, with experience working with finance and direct sales teams, to join our HQ office in Broomfield, Colorado.

The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key resource for the CFO, finance team and sales team, creating sales tools, presentations, analyses, and documents; managing sales accounts, providing guidance on the use of the company’s CRM to ensure the integrity of their data; measuring and maintaining quarterly goals; contracts administration; sales pipeline and individual achievement reporting; and tracking and monitoring sales budgets and resources.    

The Sales Operations Specialist will also participate in the design of sales commission plans and calculating sales commission payouts; contribute to the preparation of the annual sales expense budget; work closely with Finance on revenue and bookings forecasts; generate ad hoc reports; and carry out special projects as assigned.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Additionally, applicant will serve as a technical liaison to existing customers, monitoring development progress, identifying, defining, and performing consulting services, and assisting with technical support issues.

Spatial is looking for a marketing intern to update collateral pieces such as datasheets, case studies, and whitepapers; assist with company e-newsletters; assist in Search Engine Optimization activities and website updates; and maintain/update CRM database. The position requires working with and creating graphic pieces for collateral and website. The intern should have knowledge of Adobe design layout programs. Additionally, assistance will be required in event planning for the company Insiders’ Summit in the Fall.
