Jean-Marc Guillard
Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Marc joined Spatial from Spatial’s parent company, Dassault Systèmes. Jean-Marc is responsible for company strategy and all of Spatial’s business operations, including sales, marketing, services, development and finance. He has 20 years of experience within Dassault Systèmes development, professional services and information systems organizations. Jean-Marc has held many senior-level R&D positions, including leading the development of the DS geometric modeler that is at the core of all DS PLM V5 solutions. As DS Director, Solutions & Services, Jean-Marc created a line of industry applications based on customer’s best practices. The applications addressed the specialized needs of each industry served by Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions. Early in his career, Jean-Marc worked as a software engineer, developing surface algorithms and geometry operators for CATIA v4.
Jean-Marc has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Numerical Analysis from Paris Sud 11 University and a PHD in Computer Science from Paris VI University.
Paul Cardosi
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Paul Cardosi joined Spatial in 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, corporate development, information technology and facilities.
Before coming to Spatial, Paul worked at consulting firm vcfo Inc. as interim CFO at several Colorado based venture capital backed software companies. Prior to vcfo, Paul was CFO and co-founder of CreekPath Systems an enterprise storage software company that was successfully acquired by Opsware (OPSW). Prior to CreekPath, Paul worked in international executive and management positions in finance, accounting and operations at Exabyte, Hewlett Packard and Apricot Computers.
Paul has an MBA from Strathclyde University (Glasgow, Scotland), is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) from London, UK and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Colorado.
Linda Lokay
Vice President Marketing and Business Development
Linda Lokay joined Spatial in 2011 as Vice President Marketing and Business Development, responsible for defining and driving new business opportunities, partnerships and all aspects of Spatial’s marketing.
Prior to joining Spatial, Linda ran her own marketing services and technology consulting firm, HexagonEC, working with companies to define business plans, articulate product value, develop partnerships and execute go-to-market strategies. Prior to HexagonEC, she held key roles in product development and services with Valen Technologies, and Vericept Corp. Additionally, Linda has extensive experience as a member of DS enterprise with prior marketing, sales, and development roles with Spatial and SolidWorks. Linda has also held key management roles with Raindrop Geomagic, and PTC.
Linda has a Bachelor’s Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Connie King
Director of Human Resources
Connie King joined Spatial in 2001 as Director Human Resources. Prior to her appointment at Spatial, Connie managed benefits, recruiting, training & development, and facilities for Qualitative Marketing Software and Sagent Technology. Before joining the technology industry, she managed Human Resources and Business in the publishing industry.
Connie holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and a B.S. from Western Kentucky University. She earned her SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and The Boulder Area Human Resources Association (BAHRA).
