捕捉设计意图

在 CAD 环境中直接无缝访问和利用原始 CAD 注释,确保精确的尺寸和几何关系。该功能可直接验证工程公差和规格,提高测量和分析的准确性。它支持全面了解几何公差、公差类型、公差值及其相关的特定面或边,从而促进全面高效的验证过程。

利用先进的点云处理技术优化数据整合

利用惯性矩阵和最小二乘法拟合相结合的两阶段对齐过程,将测量数据与三维模型精确对齐。该方法计算每个点与几何图形的距离,并标明其与内部或外部状态的位置关系。计算实际测量点与标称零件几何图形之间的距离,并指出每个测量点与内部或外部状态的位置关系。将测量结果与公差进行比较,评估制造精度
